Product Liability:Three (3) years from when claim accrues. Within two (2) years in actions to recover damages for personal injury caused by contact with or exposure to phenoxy herbicides while serving as a member of the armed forces of the United States in Indo-China from January 1, 1962, though May 7, 1975.

Personal Injury (Caused by Negligence):Three (3) years from when claim accrues.

Statute of Repose:Where the discovery of the cause of the injury occurs less than five (5) years after the discovery of the injury or when with reasonable diligence the injury should have been discovered (whichever is sooner), an action may be filed up to one year from such discovery of the cause of the injury.

Accrual Rule:Statute begins to run when the injured party discovers, or through reasonable diligence and intelligence should have discovered, the injury which is the subject of the cause of action (Discovery Rule Based).
