Statute of Repose:  No claim may be brought after ten (10) years from the date in which the product is sold to its initial user by a seller, or twelve (12) years from delivery to the product’s first owner, whichever is sooner, unless the defendant expressly has warranted or promised the product for a longer period and the action is brought within that period.
